Where do you ship from and where do you ship to?

Appleprints ships from the Philippines and currently delivers worldwide, except to EU countries.

Due to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), which requires non-EU businesses to appoint an authorized representative within the EU to ensure product compliance, we are unable to ship to EU countries at this time. As a small business, we are still exploring options and are unsure when this will be feasible. We appreciate your understanding and support!

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding holidays).

Customs and Duties

For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the shipping cost.

Shipping starts at ₱85 via GoGo Express (final cost depends on location and package size).

Processing time: Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding holidays).

Rush Delivery After Processing (Grab/Lalamove)

If you prefer a faster delivery option instead of a courier that takes 3–7 days, you can book a pick-up via Grab or Lalamove once your order is ready.
