Shipping + Payment FAQ

Where are you located and do you ship internationally?

Appleprints is shipping from the Philippines and currently shipping to:

Australia, Belgium, Canada, Estonia, Finland, France, Hong Kong, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, and Vietnam.

What are the shipping options, lead times, and costs?

Once your order is placed and confirmed, we will process it within 5-7 working days. All orders include a tracking number for your convenience.

I no longer use our local post which was PHLPost due to delays and lost packages so I've decided to use a private courier. All orders come with a tracking number.

Please note that a contact number of the recipient is now required by the courier to proceed.
Rest assured, your phone number will only be used for shipping purposes.

International:
Shipping Fee: 850 PHP (approx. 15 USD)
Delivery Lead Time: 10-25 working days

Domestic:
Local Shipping via J&T - ₱80

Why does my order show it's being shipped from Singapore instead of the Philippines?

I use a private shipping platform to ensure faster, more reliable delivery and better tracking for my customers. This platform processes orders through a centralized hub in Singapore, which allows me to provide a seamless shipping experience regardless of your location.

What payment methods do you accept?

For international orders, we only accept payments via PayPal.

You can also use PayPal's Guest Checkout option to check out using a debit or credit card, without the need for a PayPal account login. 

Customs and Duties

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
